The SC House approved the 2009-2010 budget in an all night session, but it appears that most of the Representatives were 'asleep at the switch' according to FITS News. The reported (General Budget) amount approved was $5.0 billion while, in truth, the total budget was $21 Billion. The other $16 Billion comes from borrowed (Federal Funds), (Earmarked Funds) and (Restricted Funds). Unbelievable, that our elected leadership is using 'funny money sources' for most of our deficit funding. THE REAL BUDGET APPROVAL PROCESS IS - $21 Billion., not $5 Billion. FITS NEWS reports - "There is no money...there is no money... keep repeating this over and over...and unfortunately in an election year State politicians...they cannot make up money out of thin air like the Banksters at the private Federal Reserve can do for our thieving Federal Congress".
